Robotdalen is one of the leading robotics initiatives when it comes to enabling commercial success of ideas and research within robotics and automation. We cooperate with prominent companies, robotics suppliers, start-ups and universities to achieve increased growth in the field of robotics.

Flexible teams

Bringing people together in flexible teams to develop new solutions in innovative projects is a key factor for our success. Research and development projects are implemented by small and medium-sized companies, hospitals, global companies like ABB, Volvo, Atlas Copco and ESAB, and Swedish universities such as Örebro University and Mälardalen University.

Our goal is new products and companies

We help develop new robotics innovations from prototype to complete product. We have an impressive track record when it comes to generating new products and companies focusing on new applications within our three core areas: industrial robotics, field robotics and technology for independent life. Our goal is 35 new companies and 35 new products within robotics and automation by 2013. We have now reached 17 new companies and 17 new products!
