Industrial Robotics

In our core area Industrial robotics, we strive to make small and medium-sized enterprises (SME’s) more competitive through investments in robotics and automation. More efficient production solutions may well be crucial to survival in an increasingly tougher market.

We help companies evaluate their prerequisites or address immediate problems that require solutions. In the project Robotics for SMEs we visit production sites of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to see what can be improved. Everything from bottlenecks in production to evaluation prior to a possible implementation of robotics may be involved. We also conduct courses in which the participants learn how to order a robot and what should be taken into consideration.

When a project has started, Robotdalen often assists with resources to produce a demonstration model, and sometimes all the way to producing a prototype. Robotdalen has a number of robots on loan to the various projects, which  saves the customer a lot of money in the development stage. Through our work with the entire innovation process, we can also assist in the commercialisation process by financing projects or connecting entrepreneurs with business incubators.
